Ariëlle's Vitality for Life Newsletter

June 2022

In last month's newsletter, we focused on the benefits of plant-based living.

In this issue, we'll cover common nutrition myths and misconceptions and the truth behind them.

Many nutritional myths exist because definitive studies of nutrients are hard to do and expensive. Economic concerns are also one of the main drivers of controversies. Dr. Bruce Daggy covered these in detail in the Nutrition Myths Busted webcast this month.

One of the most persistent nutrition myths is that soy is bad for you. Some of these negative articles may be well-intentioned mistakes, but some are deliberate misinformation. A company that has a different protein to sell has a motivation to knock the competition.

That's why we'll be sharing articles, videos, and recipes that would help shed the truth behind the soy myth based on the best science we know.

Thanks for reading!
